Another great infograph I found:
We all know how we can spiral quickly down the slimy pit of being out of action due to an injury. It not only affects our fitness but more so, our moods.
I had to wait like, 5 months for mine to become better and up till now it has not fully healed.
So take care and really, prevention pays off.
But if you are already an injured soul, it pays to be patient.

Definitely recommend ice packs for peroneal/achilles. Works a treat for me. Also as soon as something “twinges” – sort it out…dont linger and put off getting it seen to
