We really have no excuse now haven’t we?
I really do wish my work place would install treadmill desks. That’s the only way most of us can get the recommended 30min daily dose of exercise and I am sure it would do our spine a hell lot of good as well.
I know you could always go for a run before or after your work but face it, more often that not, it’s either you can’t wake up or are too lazy to go after work because you are tired after a whole day of…. you guessed it. Work.
