My back is breaking!
After almost a month of non yoga action, yesterday’s session was HELL!
“further” and “deeper” these two words echo in my head.
In my mind :” I really can’t bend this back any more. Sheesh!”
Not to mention my standing head to knee pose has lost all progress and am back to square one.” Sob.
Imagine just what one month does to your muscles.
I shudder to think how I will run after I recover. The first run is always the hardest but it gets easier. I know.
